For non-interactive activities you can define jobs that describe:

• The location of the spooled files to be selected in this job

• Attributes of the spooled files that determine whether or not they are selected (for example: spooled file name, user name, SPLF status, forms type, number of pages, job name, job number, creation date/time).  Each attribute can be compared to the defined value on the basis of equal, not equal, greater than, less than, greater than or equal, less than or equal, floating scan, generic scan 

• The actions to be taken for the selected files
